Abstracts are invited for Oral paper presentation on the theme of Chest & Cardiovascular Imaging

 

Guidelines for Abstract for Oral Research Paper presentation

​

  • Theme: Focus on scientific research involving diagnostic or interventional aspects of Chest and Cardiovascular Radiology. Single case reports, pictorial reviews, or case series are not eligible.

  • Submission Details:

    • Only one abstract per presenting author is permitted.

    • Abstracts must not have been previously published or presented.

    • The submission deadline is 15 February 2025, 10 PM.

    • Abstracts must be submitted in a Microsoft Word document via email to aiimsmamcpgicourse@gmail.com.

    • Abstracts must be limited to 350 words, excluding the title, author list, and institutional details.

    • The following sections must be included:
      a) Title, author list (up to 8, including affiliations)
      b) Objectives
      c) Materials and Methods
      d) Observations/Results
      e) Conclusion
      f) Relevant images with captions (original images only and not copied from the web)

  • Eligibility:

    • Presenting authors must be postgraduate students, residents, or fellows in Radiology.

    • Only abstracts from registered delegates will be considered. CME registration is mandatory.

  • Patient Confidentiality: Ensure that no identifying patient information (e.g., names, hospital numbers) is included.

  • Outcome: Accepted abstracts will be presented on 22 March 2025, certificates will be awarded to all participants. Abstracts not accommodated may be given the option of converting to e-poster presentations. Three best oral papers will receive awards.

Guidelines for E-Poster Presentations (No abstract required)

  • Theme: Scientific research, pictorial reviews, or case series focusing on diagnostic or interventional aspects of Chest and Cardiovascular Radiology. Single case reports may not be considered.

  • Submission Details:

    • Only one e-poster per presenting author is permitted.

    • E-posters must not have been previously published or presented.

    • No abstract submission to be done for e-posters.

    • Submissions must be in PowerPoint (.pptx) format (Microsoft 2013 or later), with a file size limit of 10 MB and up to 20 slides/40 clicks.

    • Submit via email to aiimsmamcpgicourse@gmail.com by 5 March 2025, 10 PM.

    • E-posters must include:
      a) Title, author list (up to 8, including affiliations)
      b) Objectives
      c) Materials and Methods (for research studies)
      d) Observations or cases with figures
      e) Conclusion

  • Eligibility:

    • Presenting authors can be radiology residents or consultants.

    • Only e-posters from registered conference delegates will be considered. Conference registration is mandatory.

  • Patient Confidentiality: Ensure that no identifying patient information (e.g., names, hospital numbers) is included.

  • Outcome: Accepted e-posters will be displayed during the conference and certificates will be awarded to all participants. The three best posters will receive awards.
